XTC-Hair.com is required to collect a 8% NYS sales tax on all orders shipped with a delivery address in the state of New York.
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount and weight of your order. These rates will be determined upon the submission of your order and sent to you to approve in your confirmation email. This will result in two separate charges. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges.

Returns and Exchange Policy
Xtreme Total Care is dedicated to customer satisfaction. All products from Xtreme Total Care come with our promise of truthful answers to your questions, not false promises. We give you the best product or products for your individual needs not one product fits all. Just like your doctor you’re evaluated, and products are added and/or subtracted, based on your response, budget and individual goals (thinning hair), etc. Our return policy is like that of your doctor (which we are not) and we generally don’t accept returns. If you are not satisfied with the results you are seeing, just call and our professional staff can adjust your thinning hair solution as we are committed to having happy customers. In some cases, we may at our discretion take back unopened products or make exchanges.
Venue: You agree by using this website and by placing any transactions on this website that every transaction or contract done with XTC are governed under the law of New York State, Town of Colonie, County of Albany and any disputes must be resolved and enforced in this judicial jurisdiction. Both parties agree that this Agreement is binding in the United States and all foreign countries. XTC may alternatively choose arbitration. The proceedings shall be conducted in English and the site of the arbitration shall be Albany, County, Town of Colonie, New York. The arbitrator(s) shall be a member in good standing of New York State Bar Association.
